Job Summary

Lead industrial engineering and operational excellence across the manufacturing site by driving end-to-end Value Stream Mapping (VSM) from receiving through manufacturing, packing, warehousing, and dispatch. Improve productivity, operational efficiency, labor utilization, service agility, and cost competitiveness while maintaining safety, quality, and compliance. Build future-state VSM roadmaps, optimize line balancing and layouts, analyze OEE and bottlenecks, and support digitalization/automation and factory transformation initiatives.

•Lead industrial engineering and operational excellence programs across manufacturing operations.
•Drive end-to-end Value Stream Mapping (VSM) across the manufacturing and supply chain process flow to eliminate non-value-added activities.
•Analyze material flow, information flow, inventory, lead time, cycle time, and process bottlenecks to improve operational efficiency.
•Develop future-state VSM roadmaps and lead implementation of improvement actions across functions, including line balancing, labor optimization, workflow and factory layout optimization.
•Conduct time and motion studies and improve OEE, downtime, changeover losses, waste, and constraints; support digitalization/automation and coach teams on Lean principles.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
•Experience in FMCG manufacturing, industrial engineering, or operational excellence roles.
•Strong end-to-end Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and Lean transformation experience.
•Minimum 3 years of leadership or people management experience.
•Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and continuous improvement methodologies.
