Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead industrial engineering and operational excellence programs across manufacturing operations.
  • •Drive end-to-end Value Stream Mapping (VSM) across the manufacturing and supply chain process flow to eliminate non-value-added activities.
  • •Analyze material flow, information flow, inventory, lead time, cycle time, and process bottlenecks to improve operational efficiency.
  • •Develop future-state VSM roadmaps and lead implementation of improvement actions across functions, including line balancing, labor optimization, workflow and factory layout optimization.
  • •Conduct time and motion studies and improve OEE, downtime, changeover losses, waste, and constraints; support digitalization/automation and coach teams on Lean principles.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
  • •Experience in FMCG manufacturing, industrial engineering, or operational excellence roles.
  • •Strong end-to-end Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and Lean transformation experience.
  • •Minimum 3 years of leadership or people management experience.
  • •Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and continuous improvement methodologies.
