Own Netflix Games localization as a program-level producer, ideating and delivering scalable localization strategies, technology, and processes across multiple game components. Lead a portfolio of games through localization strategy, schedule, budget, and quality targets from planning through international launch. Partner with internal teams and external studios and vendors, manage risks and blockers, and help mentor teammates while ensuring a high-quality global member experience.

•Ideate, advocate, and collaborate on program-level localization strategies, technology, and processes for scalable, high-quality localization.
•Build and manage relationships and localization strategies with game studios, vendors, and cross-functional Netflix teams.
•Develop and oversee localization strategy, schedule, budget, and quality targets across the project lifecycle for assigned games.
•Identify, prioritize, and mitigate localization risks and blockers; ensure successful international launches and repeatable scale.
•Model inclusivity and support the team with frequent feedback and mentoring while working autonomously under aggressive deadlines.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 230,000 - 360,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years senior-level localization production or program management with software development experience.
•4+ years games development experience, ideally working with both internal and external development teams.

•Fluency in a non-English language and experience with mobile games localization publishing (iOS/Google Play) are a plus.
