CSR/Teller - Agler Heights, MI - Part-Time - Bi-lingual Preferred

Provide excellent customer service in all interactions as a CSR/Teller, listening to customer needs, answering questions, and guiding customers to the right financial partners. Perform daily office and cash-handling responsibilities, maintain accurate balancing records, and stay current on bank policies and procedures. Identify customer needs during outreach and use appropriate tools to route referrals while maintaining confidentiality and accountable risk practices.
