•Market Build & Revenue: Own the number, aggressively target and open new accounts across global pharmaceutical companies to biotech startups, carrying your own quota.
•Front-Line Outreach: Own your pipeline with consistent cold calling, daily outreach, and direct engagement with R&D and Discovery leads.
•Platform Adoption: Prove scientific utility and translational value to R&D Heads and C-level executives, translating biology into a commercial narrative.
•Customer Stewardship & Expansion: Maintain high-level relationships to ensure long-term value and multi-year, expanded adoption.
•Team Building: Hire and develop the team, coaching junior Account Executives on objection handling and building a sales culture.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of technical sales experience with a track record of exceeding quota in Biotech, MedTech, or Enterprise AI environments.
•Demonstrated experience closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with long sales cycles (6–18 months).
•Prior experience as an early commercial hire at a startup or building pipeline/process from scratch is a plus.
•At least one role with 3+ years tenure is a plus.
•Background in Life Sciences (B.S./M.S. in a relevant discipline) or equivalent on-the-job technical expertise in a medical/biotech sales environment.
