Job Summary

Senior Data Scientist / Analytics Engineer on the BI team, owning the data layer from raw sources to trusted features. You’ll design silver and gold data tables, engineer business-focused features, and partner with stakeholders across domains, occasionally building end-to-end dashboards to inform cross-domain decisions.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the underlying data: understand source data, identify gaps, and work with Data Engineering to resolve issues at the source
•Design and build the silver and gold-layer tables that downstream dashboards and analyses rely on
•Engineer the features that matter: translate business concepts into data features and reusable definitions
•Partner with the business: work with stakeholders across domains to understand decisions and occasionally build end-to-end dashboards
•Ensure features are reproducible, documented, and trusted for use across the BI portfolio

•Proficient in Python for data work (pandas, PySpark) and SQL
•Strong production-grade SQL including window functions, complex joins, and performance tuning on large datasets

•Experience building reusable data models, semantic layers, or metric definitions
