•Continuously refine market performance monitoring and management frameworks to drive structured market growth.
•Develop regional driver and user retention/growth strategies and localize action plans for designated markets.
•Conduct longer-term performance reviews on supply-demand growth and campaign effectiveness, partnering with BI/Analytics for scalable solutions.
•Run ongoing performance reviews and lead optimization initiatives (e.g., promotions and engagement) to maximize demand growth and sustainable active user rates.
•Manage the online platform budget for designated markets and collaborate with city teams and functional departments to meet business objectives.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience in Operations or a similar analytical role in a high-growth startup environment.
•Experience working with, analyzing, and presenting findings from large data sets.
•Proven project management track record working with multiple stakeholders.
•Ability to work effectively with cross-cultural and functional teams.
•Fluent written and spoken English proficiency; knowledge of Bahasa is highly desirable.
