•Support the development and rollout of creator monetization initiatives to increase adoption of TikTok-owned monetization products and programs.
•Identify high-potential TV/Film creators and emerging voices by monitoring content trends, creator behavior, and platform activity.
•Manage end-to-end creator program operations, including lead vetting, onboarding, program tracking, data analysis, and support for creator experience.
•Track creator performance, content rankings, and program health to strengthen TikTok’s position in entertainment.
•Produce regular reporting on the U.S. film and television industry and monitor social media trends to deliver actionable content and program recommendations.

•Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree.
