Key Responsibilities

  • •Propose and implement improvement actions to detect defects and abnormalities occurring on the production line.
  • •Create/modify metrology recipes and build detection to enhance yield and quality.
  • •Work with PI, process, and equipment engineers to launch, develop, and optimize metrology recipes to improve product quality and reliability.
  • •Strengthen/upgrade detection, improve yield, reduce cost, improve productivity, and manage risks.
  • •Evaluate recipe healthiness and explore new methodologies in collaboration with the technology development team to meet the technology roadmap.

  • •Have knowledge equal to a Bachelor's degree.
  • •Report progress of each task timely and accurately.
  • •Build good relationships with team members and related Network Business Partners.
  • •Have good communication and presentation skills.
