Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee key accounting and financial reporting procedures for monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities.
  • •Support accounting, internal controls, and compliance activities, including SOX and operational risk management, and communicate exposures to leadership.
  • •Liaise with regional controllers to support consistency and accuracy across regions and maintain/establish accounting policies.
  • •Partner with Finance, Controllership, Sourcing, Tax, and GBSC to implement effective front-end and back-end controls and ensure operating effectiveness.
  • •Build, manage, and develop a high-performing team and support finance transformation initiatives, including AI-enabled tools for close acceleration and control testing.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Accounting; CPA certification (or equivalent) is required.
  • •Experience in accounting, controls, and financial processes within a global organization and/or Big 4 environment.
  • •Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.
  • •Experience assessing financial control implementation and ensuring compliance in a diverse, distributed, matrixed organization.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Hyperion and Oracle experience is a plus.
