Associate Director, FCC Models & Product Risk

Lead global design and governance of financial crime detection models, risk analytics, and automated control frameworks. Own the methodology, data-scoring models, and thresholds across AML/CTF and sanctions, working with Product Risk, Engineering, and regulators to balance detection accuracy with false-positive reduction. Role can be based in US or EMEA within a high-visibility, quantitative FCC leadership team.
