Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with global business, employment legal, and HR teams to develop and implement works-council strategies and initiatives.
  • •Research works-council related policy and process trends/best practices and identify critical topics/categories for works council management.
  • •Participate in on-site works council meetings, build relationships with leadership and works council members, and support key negotiations and communications.
  • •Advise business leaders and HRBPs on works council and co-determination issues; handle questions related to co-determination and labor law.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional HR and works-council projects for the EMEA region and support implementation of global/regional HR initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing an undergraduate or Master’s in HR, Business, Operations, Data, or a related field.
  • •Experience in the human resources or labour relations field.
  • •Strong communication, negotiation, mediation, and strategic writing skills.
  • •Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced cross-functional environment.
  • •Desirable experience with employment legal and employee/industrial relations, especially works councils.
