Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the day-to-day operations of the team, including work planning, prioritisation, resource allocation, and coordination.
  • •Ensure effective operation, support, governance, and evolution of business-critical systems within the Systems Engineering domain.
  • •Develop and execute service roadmaps aligned with business priorities, technology strategies, and future capability needs.
  • •Monitor service performance and identify opportunities to improve reliability, usability, security, and operational efficiency.
  • •Act as primary escalation point for complex operational, service, and system-related issues, while coaching and developing team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • •Proven experience managing and administering enterprise engineering toolsets, including IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM) and/or Cameo Systems Modeler.
  • •Experience managing enterprise engineering toolsets, including budgeting, licensing, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with time management, focused on customer service and stakeholder management.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering (or equivalent experience), with NV2 Security Clearance or the ability to obtain it.
