Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete client transactions efficiently and accurately while maintaining proper records and handling assigned monies.
  • •Deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience by engaging clients, conducting complex and standardized transactions, and uncovering client needs.
  • •Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
  • •Support sales and service activities through outbound calls, checking for client offers, and identifying opportunities or referring to appropriate branch teams.
  • •Serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution while adhering to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.

Key Requirements
