Job Summary

Join TikTok LIVE’s LIVE team to support MENA gift operations through short-term, impactful projects. Help manage and grow the fan community by maintaining SOPs, enforcing community rules, answering active users, and supporting educational content promotion. Work on reactivating low-activity or inactive paid gifters by selecting and promoting LIVE content, collaborating with recommendation teams, and assisting with reactivation campaigns. Fluent English and Arabic required, with onsite work 5 days/week.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in recruiting and managing active and potential fans to build community and power up LIVE hosts.
•Help formulate and implement community operation rules, remove violating users, answer active-user questions, and maintain the community SOP manual.
•Monitor and iterate educational materials for video content promotion, and organize regular training for fans on content making.
•Experiment with approaches to reactivate low-activity or inactive paid gifters.
•Select and promote good LIVE content for low active users and collaborate with the recommendation team to improve LIVE watching experiences; assist with reactivation campaigns.

Key Requirements

•Commit to at least a 6-month internship period.
•High oral and written fluency in English and Arabic.
•Be a TikTok LIVE heavy user with a comprehensive understanding of local internet culture.
•Video editing and account management experience is a plus.
•Able to work onsite in the office 5 days a week.
