Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in recruiting and managing active and potential fans to build community and power up LIVE hosts.
  • •Help formulate and implement community operation rules, remove violating users, answer active-user questions, and maintain the community SOP manual.
  • •Monitor and iterate educational materials for video content promotion, and organize regular training for fans on content making.
  • •Experiment with approaches to reactivate low-activity or inactive paid gifters.
  • •Select and promote good LIVE content for low active users and collaborate with the recommendation team to improve LIVE watching experiences; assist with reactivation campaigns.

Key Requirements

  • •Commit to at least a 6-month internship period.
  • •High oral and written fluency in English and Arabic.
  • •Be a TikTok LIVE heavy user with a comprehensive understanding of local internet culture.
  • •Video editing and account management experience is a plus.
  • •Able to work onsite in the office 5 days a week.
