Key Responsibilities

  • •Listen to customers, understand their needs, and design and implement solutions using open source and Diagrid technologies
  • •Create and deliver customer demos, build Proof of Concept (PoC) solutions in multiple programming languages, and provide architecture guidance
  • •Onboard new prospective customers to Diagrid products, including brownfield and greenfield projects
  • •Collaborate with the Engineering and Sales teams to validate customer opportunities and scope product features based on feedback
  • •Inform leadership of customer pain points and translate feedback into user stories and feature requests

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Developer Advocate, or similar technical customer-facing role
  • •Excellent customer engagement and communication skills
  • •Experience in designing and building enterprise applications and solutions
  • •Solid understanding of computer science principles with a focus on distributed systems
  • •Solid developer experience in at least one of Java, .NET or Go; good experience with Node and Python
