Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and champion practical AI-enabled engineering patterns (including agent-based tooling) to improve SDLC and outcomes across teams.
  • •Create reusable components, templates, accelerators, and “golden path” reference implementations for squads.
  • •Partner with product engineering to embed AI into products responsibly with controls, explainability where relevant, and operational readiness.
  • •Uplift developer experience by reducing engineering friction via developer tooling, CI/CD optimization, test automation, observability standards, and self-service enablement.
  • •Lead AI PoC evaluation through pilot to production scaling, including architecture and technical governance trade-offs across resilience, performance, maintainability, security, cost, and pace.
