Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure safety and quality by completing required training and adhering to safety and regulatory policies while proactively identifying and resolving safety/quality issues
  • •Act as a 2nd line of defense for shift-critical issues (e.g., lot hold, disposition, excursions, line-downs, tool downs) and interface with HVM Ops and TD 1st shift teams
  • •Develop and deliver plans to resolve on-shift process/tool issues, improve output, and mitigate quality risks
  • •Lead process development support on shift (e.g., FA/VPD submission, wafer shipments, SWR execution & data collection, critical lots health check and redundancy execution)
  • •Provide people leadership by driving continuous improvement, managing project execution and direct reports, and delivering performance management/coaching/training

Key Requirements

  • •Masters / Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Chemical / Materials Engineering
  • •5 years of wafer fabrication industry experience
  • •Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and SPC/process control knowledge including yield/defect mechanisms and process flow interactions
  • •Proficiency in Micron systems/tools (e.g., SPC, GerM, MES Central, SWR) with passion for automation/AI Agent adoption
  • •Ability to lead shift teams in fast-paced environments and deliver area/department goals; flexible for permanent 12-hour day and night shifts
