•Assist management with the design and analysis of AC and DC traction power distribution systems (substations, OCS, third rail).
•Lead traction power distribution design and delivery, ensuring technical excellence, consistency, and discipline standards.
•Oversee and review electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment layouts; direct technical direction and approvals.
•Direct advanced traction power studies including load-flow, short circuit, grounding/bonding, and harmonic analysis.
•Provide technical leadership for testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and preparation of technical reports, specifications, and construction documents.

•Ability to help manage discipline budgets, staffing, and technical risk across multiple concurrent projects.
