Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with engineering leaders and developers to identify high-value Codex opportunities and translate them into architectures, implementation plans, evaluation strategies, and success criteria.
  • •Design, build, and deploy AI-powered software development workflows that improve planning, writing, testing, review, debugging, and delivery.
  • •Work hands-on in code to build prototypes, evaluation harnesses, integrations, workflow automations, and production accelerators using Codex as needed.
  • •Help customers progress from experiments to reliable production workflows with sustained developer adoption and scaled impact.
  • •Design evaluation approaches for AI coding systems using representative tasks, automated graders, production signals, and developer feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •Have a demonstrated track record designing, building, and delivering software or AI systems in enterprise environments, taking systems from prototype to production.
  • •Make substantial personal contributions in code, architecture, evaluation, debugging, integrations, or production engineering.
  • •Be highly proficient in Python, with comfort across modern software development environments (JavaScript/TypeScript valuable).
  • •Be an active user of AI coding tools and have a strong point of view on improving developer productivity and workflows.
  • •Understand enterprise production requirements across reliability, observability, security, privacy, data governance, performance, and cost.
