Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze operational data to identify root causes for loss of value in FC Customer Returns (CRET) processes and track impact of implemented solutions.
  • •Improve CRET value recovery capabilities by standardizing metrics, processes, and SOPs across AMET and Rest of the World (RoW) markets.
  • •Develop deep subject matter expertise to guide value recovery initiatives.
  • •Drive product and/or process solutions to improve value recovery and implement them in fulfillment centers.
  • •Manage, analyze, and communicate results to senior leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of cross-functional experience working with both tech and non-tech teams.
  • •5+ years of team management experience.
  • •5+ years of cross-functional project delivery experience.
