Support store operations by processing retail and wholesale sales, auctions, and appraisals with accuracy and transparency. •Greet customers and guide them through paperwork processes while delivering outstanding customer service.
•Process and audit retail and wholesale paperwork, including deal jackets, finance contracts, and DMV documentation.
•Manage auction and appraisal transactions, ensuring accurate titles, payoffs, and proper documentation for funding.
•Handle cash management tasks such as receiving payments, preparing deposits, and maintaining security protocols.
•Assist store operations by training/mentoring new associates and completing clerical work like filing, data entry, and reconciliation.
