Project Coordinator

Coordinate custom projects from order entry through delivery, acting as the primary point of contact for assigned projects. Partner with clients plus internal production, logistics, and project management teams to keep timelines on track. Maintain project data in ERP systems (sales orders, shipping schedules, inventory), support project meetings, expedite critical components, and prepare cost proposals while providing customer service and sales support.
