Senior / Principal Sustainability Consultant – BREEAM Assessor

Lead and manage the delivery of building certification projects and competitive bids for the UK sustainability team. Provide technical guidance on BREEAM, WELL, and related certification schemes, and support clients with decarbonisation targets, pathways, and early-stage sustainability advice. Design, analyze, model, report, and present sustainability strategies across diverse real estate portfolios, while mentoring junior consultants and overseeing quality assurance processes.
