•Act as primary client contact, demonstrating deep understanding of clients’ business, therapeutic areas, and PR objectives.

•Manage complex client situations, including strategy shifts and issues/crisis management, using sound judgment.
•Write and deliver high-quality scientific and consumer-facing materials including press releases, campaign plans, and annual programs.
•Supervise, mentor, and support the growth of Account Executives and Interns; manage project budgets, billing, and timelines.
