Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and maintain the Program Master Plan incorporating initiative pillars and consolidate initiative project plans.
  • •Define milestones, activities, resource allocation, timelines, dependencies, critical paths, and contingency actions for deviations.
  • •Coordinate end-to-end execution covering design, development, testing, rollout, and stabilization across bank functions.
  • •Lead governance instances (steering committees, project/working sessions), including documents, minutes, action items, progress/deviation reporting, and follow-up tracking.
  • •Provide digital technology leadership (delivery, cloud, automation), partner on functional/technical solution design, and manage vendor coordination and compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •More than 10 years of experience in PMO with direct management of complex end-to-end system implementations.
  • •Expertise in digital trends and leading implementations of multiple relevant initiatives.
  • •Proficiency implementing Waterfall and Agile, with PMO reporting and tracking tools.
  • •Cross-border team management experience and strong business orientation/domain knowledge to understand user requirements.
  • •Strong leadership, organizational, presentation, vendor management, and program management/general management skills.
