Key Responsibilities

•Develop a deep understanding of pre-admission testing (PAT) workflows, hospital operations, and user needs to identify high-leverage opportunities that improve efficiency and reduce administrative burden for clinical staff.
•Collaborate closely with engineers and product managements to define and refine product requirements
•Own the design, execution, and optimization of the PAT Assist product
•Engage with customers and stakeholders to validate concepts and gather feedback
•Ensure a seamless user experience that balances simplicity, rigor, and delight

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 50,000 - 65,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience in product engineering with a track record of delivering in a fast-paced remote startup environment
•Hands-on full-stack experience with Python and TypeScript/React
•Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across levels
•Experience designing, executing, and optimizing product features/services in healthcare or similar domains
•Ability to understand PAT workflows, hospital operations, and user needs to identify high-leverage improvements
