Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and oversee cost, schedule, and technical performance for major subcontractors and assigned control accounts.
  • •Review subcontractor schedules, budgets, deliverables, integration milestones, and EV data to meet contractual and EVMS requirements.
  • •Ensure scope, schedule, and budget alignment across hardware and software simulation integration activities.
  • •Perform earned value measurement, cost and schedule variance analysis, and develop corrective action plans; maintain accurate ETC and EAC.
  • •Develop and update Control Account Plans, work packages, planning packages, and support integration planning, technical risk mitigation, and customer/DCMA reviews.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Experience managing subcontractors and analyzing subcontractor cost/schedule data.
  • •Technical background sufficient to understand hardware and software training devices, simulation systems, and integration workflows.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, project management, or related technical field.
  • •Strong communication skills for internal and external/customer-facing interactions.
  • •US Citizen eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
