Job Summary

Drive finance transformation initiatives and support enterprise priorities for the broader Finance organization. •Engage and facilitate stakeholders at all levels of management to support communication, decision-making, and project outcomes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field, and 5 years of process transformation experience in the financial industry.
•Experience translating complex finance concepts into actionable insights for presentation to business leaders for decision-making.
•Experience analyzing business requirements and preparing reports for senior leadership and business unit partners.
•Experience conducting financial analysis and forecasting using Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and waterfall chart analysis).
•Experience performing accounting, financial reporting, and management reporting, including managing end-to-end project planning and implementing internal financial control improvements (including automation of manual processes).
