  • •Drive large, cross-team Hawkins ecosystem programs end-to-end by defining scope, milestones, sequencing, and adapting as learning occurs.
  • •Navigate technical and organizational complexity across design, client, and server engineering while ensuring the right stakeholders are involved.
  • •Coordinate platform adoption across TV, mobile, and web client surfaces.
  • •Create lightweight structure and simple communication mechanisms to bring clarity to ambiguity without over-engineering process.
