Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across international jurisdictions to deliver a high-quality offboarding experience for clients and their employees.
  • •Advise clients on HR matters including termination, resignation, transfer procedures, employment contracts, and redundancy processes while ensuring legal compliance and best practices.
  • •Lead and facilitate client and external employee meetings for workforce reductions, administrative hearings, and negotiations in separations and settlements.
  • •Draft, tailor, and administer termination and supplementary documents, maintaining accurate employee records with strict privacy and confidentiality.
  • •Process offboarding in Remote’s internal HRIS and coordinate with stakeholders (Customer Success, Legal, Payroll, Benefits, Time and Attendance) while acting as a subject-matter expert on offboarding and employee relations.

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies and exposure across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits (terminations) with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
