Creative, self-driven hardware engineer to transfer GPU compute/board products from design to mass production. Lead manufacturing test planning, design validation, and supplier coordination with overseas factories to optimize yields, test coverage, and costs while working across Manufacturing, Quality, Reliability, Design, and Marketing to deliver high-performance GPU board products.

Key Responsibilities

•Work on NVIDIA gaming and compute GPU board products during NPI and in production.
•Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Reliability, Design, Customer Support and Marketing to meet fast-paced delivery schedules.
•Define and improve manufacturing test plans to optimize coverage, test-time, test-cost and yield.
•Perform product design and validation to support design engineering sustaining works.
•Root cause failing boards and provide DFX recommendations to the design team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 136,000 - 212,750 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in design, manufacturing, validation, product development, or testing of PCB, silicon, or related systems.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering or computer science, or equivalent experience
•Experience in two or more areas: server architectures, board/PCB design, SMT, assembly, post-Si validation, high-speed interfaces (PCI-E, DP, HDMI, USB), Power-Integrity, thermal characterization, or complex test setups
•Strong debugging skills for multi-disciplinary problems and excellent communication
•Ability to implement and optimize testing strategies to improve yields and reduce test time
