Key Responsibilities

  • •Recruit, source, screen, interview, and recommend Field Sales Agents; maintain a live talent bench to avoid understaffing.
  • •Lead daily direction, motivation, and performance support; run meetings, field ride-alongs, and coaching to strengthen product knowledge and objection handling.
  • •Own region-level acquisition targets (weekly/monthly) and ensure FSAs meet quotas by monitoring visits, leads, acquisitions, and follow-ups.
  • •Ensure field activity follows the acquisition playbook; review and score fieldwork quality and provide structured feedback.
  • •Manage recruitment and acquisition reporting (time-to-fill, onboarding completion, weekly activity/acquisition metrics) and coordinate handoffs after successful acquisitions.
