Inside Sales Representative

Manage assigned customer accounts and territories to drive profitable revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Prospect and engage new customers by phone, email, and CRM, supporting transactional sales and new business development. Partner with outside sales to hit territory goals, follow up on leads and quotes, and maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting. Use product knowledge to identify needs and recommend solutions while collaborating with internal product, marketing, and technical teams.
