Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead GTM and presales technical discovery workshops with enterprise and public-sector customers, including evaluating portfolios, designing target architectures, and estimating effort.
  • •Provide technical governance as the design authority during active deliveries, including clean handovers and reviewing architectural decision records.
  • •Rotate periodically into hands-on, billable delivery work to maintain skills and credibility.
  • •Architect robust, cloud-native environments using Red Hat OpenShift and design scalable enterprise automation frameworks with Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform.
  • •Help clients develop strategies to modernize workloads and design model-serving and retrieval architectures using OpenShift AI.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of professional IT experience, with 3+ years in a customer-facing technical consulting, enterprise architecture, or technical presales role.
  • •Deep architectural and production knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift (or Kubernetes) and Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (or large-scale equivalent automation frameworks).
  • •Fluency in English and German is required.
  • •Fluency in French is a strong plus.
  • •Red Hat certifications are a bonus.
