Job Summary

Lead and coach a branch team to deliver strong customer value, safe operations, and consistent financial performance. Oversee inventory management and translate operating and financial data to spot trends, root causes, and opportunities for growth. Set goals, monitor daily/weekly/monthly KPIs, and implement area strategy. Partner with leadership and Field Support to support new technologies and ways of working while recruiting, training, and developing associates.

•Working knowledge of business accounting and P&L statements; high school (or equivalent) required.
