Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 6 years of experience in project planning and scheduling for major, complex projects, ideally in hydroelectric/energy/heavy construction/infrastructure.
  • •Demonstrated experience developing and monitoring schedules for large-scale, multidisciplinary projects.
  • •Proficiency in Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling software.
  • •Strong understanding of schedule management principles (critical path, dependencies, resources, and variance analysis) and excellent communication skills in English.
