Job Summary

Lead a team of SQA testers to oversee testing strategy, planning, and execution across a portfolio of healthcare systems. Key Responsibilities

•Lead a team of SQA testers supporting the product line.
•Develop and manage overall test strategy and test plans, including compliance metrics.
•Coordinate functional, regression, UAT, and IOC testing; prioritize test activities by schedule and risk.
•Monitor defect/bug reports and drive resolution of critical issues prior to release.
•Report testing status, risks, and quality metrics to leadership and collaborate across the software development lifecycle.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree with 10 years (or commensurate experience).
•Experience coordinating and managing test events according to approved test plans, procedures, and scripts.
•Experience creating and tracking testing metrics and setting up accurate test environments with required test data.
•Experience working in a SAFe/Agile environment and with Jira/GitHub (or similar ALM tools).
•Experience writing or assisting with test plans and test procedures, including testing GUI applications and web-based programs (e.g., Section 508, VistA).
