  • •Coach AEs through complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals across new pipeline and account growth, including deal reviews and call coaching.
  • •Establish operating rhythms (1:1s, pipeline reviews, QBRs, call reviews) and coaching frameworks to improve performance.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years managing and scaling quota-carrying AE teams in B2B SaaS, for both new pipeline generation and growing existing accounts.
  • •Experience coaching sellers through complex, competitive, multi-threaded enterprise deals.
  • •Prior IC closing experience in complex, technical sales cycles; trial-led motions a plus.
  • •Startup experience and familiarity selling AI, data, or analytics solutions.
  • •Track record of hiring, developing, and retaining strong performers with strong operational rigor (forecasting, pipeline management, coaching cadence).
