TnT Lead – Small Business Tech Teaming and Transitions (TnT) – Onsite (AZ, TX, MA, RI, CA, CO)

Lead small business technology teaming and transitions by scouting high-impact external innovations and partnering with startups, universities, and commercial small businesses. Coordinate SBIR/STTR and startup engagement across internal R&D and technology portfolios, then execute systems engineering across the lifecycle—from concept through sustainment. Drive technical planning, requirements analysis, integration, and V&V, including architectural exploration and trade studies, to transition viable partner capabilities into RTX programs.
