Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with plating, blasting, and the ultrasonic cleaning line.
  • •Load and unload furnace runs (including parts/daisies/retort, leak checks, and furnace operation).
  • •Set up and perform/tear down surveys.
  • •Process gas container maintenance and changeovers; control the reaction using instrument data.
  • •Perform TPMs, inspections, and maintenance/loading of halide generators; train new CVD operators and maintain documentation.
