•Lead and coordinate airside systems and baggage-related projects, including upgrades and infrastructure expansion; manage consultants and contractors
•Forecast, perform simulation modeling, and capacity analysis for airside infrastructure and baggage handling systems; develop data-driven recommendations and cost-benefit analyses
•Guide development of planning standards, methodologies, and integrated airport systems; ensure regulatory and safety compliance
•Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of systems across the airport environment
•Prepare and present planning studies and recommendations to senior leadership; lead and develop a high-performing team

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 145,000 - 185,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BA/BS + 10 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 2 years of leadership
•Preferred: degree in Engineering, Planning, Aviation Management or related field; Transportation or Airport Planning/Engineering preferred
•Typically 8+ years of progressive experience in airport systems planning, operations, baggage handling, or business planning; 10 years preferred
•Minimum 3 years of direct people leadership experience; 5 years preferred
•Demonstrated experience with data collection and analysis, process reengineering, statistical methods, and simulation modeling
