Universal Banker Northside *Saturday Required*

Provide timely, accurate completion of client banking transactions while delivering a high-quality customer experience. Educate clients on digital and self-service options like ATMs, Online and Mobile banking. Support outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) by uncovering needs, checking offers, and referring clients to the right team members. Serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, while following internal controls, operational procedures, and risk policies.
