Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as AV owner for the office: maintain health, readiness, and performance of every room and event space.
  • •Execute preventative maintenance and recurring room sweeps; maintain accurate inventory and room documentation.
  • •Own the AV support queue: triage, prioritize, resolve, and escalate with clear diagnostic context; isolate faults in the signal chain.
  • •Provide technical coverage for live and hybrid events, including operating production systems and running pre-event readiness.
  • •Direct AV integrators/contractors on site, partner with Workplace/Events/IT, and contribute to runbooks and standard operating procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of hands-on experience in AV operations, workplace technology, or technical event support.
  • •Owned a standing estate (same rooms/stakeholders week over week) with accountability for performance over time.
  • •Working fluency across room systems and event audio/video/camera/streaming to diagnose issues.
  • •Comfort being the only AV person in the building and independently prioritizing across maintenance, support, and events.
  • •Use structure to manage ambiguity through checklists, intake processes, maintenance cadences, and documentation.
