Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist up to 5+ Team Leads I & II to ensure Product Team goals are met and resolve or escalate problems with urgency.
  • •Assure Safety across the Product Team by identifying and resolving safety issues and ensuring 5S requirements are met.
  • •Assure Quality across the Product Team by checking output against quality standards and resolving issues immediately.
  • •Assure Delivery by routinely checking hourly performance and performing leader standard work assessments, then taking action to resolve discrepancies.
  • •Assure Cost and productivity by resolving issues, checking process indicators (e.g., in-process kanban levels), supporting proper team assignments, and driving cost reduction/process improvement activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate's Degree or vocational training (preferred).
  • •Over 5 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination, including at least one year of success as a Team Lead II.
  • •Certified Trainer (required).
  • •Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • •Demonstrated leadership skills, willingness to help, and ability to get along with others.
