Lead Fasset’s operations and growth in Kenya as the in-market face of the business. Own P&L, market strategy, and growth targets while building partnerships with merchants, financial institutions, and local stakeholders. •Build and manage relationships with local partners, merchants, and financial institutions.

•Represent Fasset with regulators, government bodies, and industry associations in Kenya.
•Recruit, manage, and develop a local team including community ambassadors and BD staff.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in a country/market lead role, ideally in fintech, payments, or financial services.
•Deep network and understanding of Kenya’s financial, tech, or startup ecosystem.
•Track record of driving growth and managing cross-functional teams.
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
•Fluency in English; proficiency in local Kenya languages strongly preferred.
