Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain a centralised and accurate inventory of all Cornerstone engineering software licenses, and related documents.
  • •Monitor, audit, and validate software & license usage to ensure contractual and legal compliance against vendor terms and agreements.
  • •Interpret license entitlements, terms, and vendor contractual obligations.
  • •Mitigate compliance risks through proactive monitoring, process improvements, and internal awareness, including conducting of regular internal audits.
  • •Contribute to the development of governance documents relating to licensing and set controls for compliance for software usage and disposal.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in information technology, engineering, business, or related field and four (4) years of experience in software asset management and/or license management or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • •Experience in software asset management, license management, or IT procurement (preferred).
  • •Experience in a global or engineering-focused environment is an advantage.
