Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end enterprise implementation plans including timeline, milestones, dependencies, risk, and stakeholder accountability.
  • •Run the handoff from Sales at deal close with Customer Success and Solutions Engineering, validating scope, commitments, complexity signals, and migration readiness.
  • •Coordinate workspace architecture, migration, and integration workstreams (SSO/SCIM, Slack, GitHub, Jira sync, custom integrations) across customer IT and internal teams.
  • •Build the enablement calendar with Customer Education and drive persona-based training and wave-by-wave rollout planning.
  • •Own go-live execution and the first 30 days post-launch, including adoption tracking, rapid issue triage, and a structured handoff to CSM.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in implementation management, technical program management, or enterprise onboarding at a B2B SaaS company.
  • •Manage multi-workstream, multi-stakeholder enterprise rollouts, with experience in 1,000+ user deployments preferred.
  • •Strong structured project management skills (implementation plans, dependencies, owners, risk tracking).
  • •Coordinate technical and non-technical teams without owning technical execution.
  • •Experience defining and enforcing services scope to prevent scope creep; strong executive communication with steering committees and VP-level status updates.
