Own end-to-end enterprise implementation plans, from Sales deal close through successful go-live and the first 30 days post-launch. Coordinate multi-workstream rollouts across Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Customer Education, and the customer’s IT teams—covering timelines, dependencies, risk, migration readiness, and persona-based training. Define the services engagement model and build an implementation playbook that makes enterprise deployment repeatable, on time, and high quality.
