Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute the compliance technology product vision, roadmap, and strategy for AML, sanctions screening, customer due diligence, transaction monitoring, case management, and regulatory reporting.
  • •Translate regulatory requirements into product features and technical capabilities, enhancing compliance controls including AML/CFT, KYC/KYB, and investigations.
  • •Lead crypto and stablecoin compliance initiatives such as blockchain analytics, wallet screening, on-chain transaction monitoring, Travel Rule compliance, and crypto onboarding risk assessment.
  • •Apply AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, and intelligent automation to compliance programs, including AI governance, explainability, and model oversight requirements.
  • •Translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories, manage backlogs and release planning, and work with architects and engineering teams to deliver scalable integrations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, Compliance, or a related discipline.
  • •8+ years of experience in Product Management, Compliance Technology, FinTech, Payments, or Financial Services.
  • •Deep understanding of AML/CFT, sanctions compliance, customer due diligence, and transaction monitoring.
  • •Experience delivering enterprise-scale compliance technology solutions, including financial crime investigations.
  • •Experience working in Agile product delivery environments with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
