Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee daily bar operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
  • •Hire, train, and supervise bar staff to ensure adherence to service standards and high performance.
  • •Develop and maintain beverage menus based on market trends, guest preferences, and profitability.
  • •Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, manage stock rotation, and implement sanitation and compliance protocols.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years working experience, including 3 years of relevant bar-related experience.
