Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of CAPA and Quality Management Systems experience in Medical Devices, Pharma, or Medical Nutrition.
  • •People leadership experience with a coaching style, enabling and empowering teams to guide and challenge complex investigations.
  • •Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and medical device regulations/standards (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820/QMSR, EU MDR 2017/745, ISO 14971).
  • •Experience across multiple areas of Post-Market Surveillance (PMS) and Design Controls.
  • •Hands-on CAPA facilitation with structured problem-solving (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, Fault Tree Analysis).
